As you climb onto the Bonita elliptical you’ll notice the pedals pivot and they’re designed to be the optimum distance apart from each other. This gives a very natural riding motion so you’ll have far less aches and pains from the exercise you do. The bright back lit LCD display shows all the information you need as you ride. You can input up to 9 user memory profiles where it stores the weight, height and gender of each user. From the console you’ll control the resistance.

There are 16 levels of resistance. How you use these is totally up to you. However, the lower levels are good for beginners or if you want a long calorie burning ride. Upper levels are good for toning the upper thighs and buttocks if they are problem areas on your body then you’ll be glad to take advantage of the higher levels. The best thing to do might be a combination of both but as you ride you’ll get used to the workouts you like to do. Also being controlled from the console are the workout programs.

There are 12 preset programs including a manual where you get on and ride where you’ll control the resistance yourself.
