Sole supply the worlds leading hotel group Hilton with their fitness suite treadmills. They have a great reputation for building good quality treadmills and have made sure that stays with the TT8. The TT8 is named TT as it has a twenty two wide inch running surface which is the widest and at 60″ it’s also the longest from Sole.

The TT8′s speed and incline can be set manually at a touch of a button or alternatively there are 6 workout programs to choose from and you can customize 2 of them. They range from fat burning to peak and valley and more. These adjust the levels to a predefined course so you can vary your runs. The levels can be adjusted yourself using the console buttons or those on the hand rail.

Included is a heart rate chest strap which will show your heart rate on the console that can be viewed as a graph and is 99% accurate. There’s also a heart rate program which will adjust the incline up or down so your heart rate stays at a predetermined level. For those expert in physical sciences will know that exercising at your optimum heart rate is the ultimate in personal fitness.

Like commercial treadmills there are twin cooling fans for a nice breeze to cool the body while you run. For maximum motivation you can listen to your favorite running music with the built in mp3 station and you can be sure you’ll hear it as the deck is built to be whisper quiet and cushioned for less impact.
