The Smooth V2300 Elliptical Bike has a fully adjustable seat so whatever your height you’ll be able to find a comfortable position including the distance away from the pedals. You can either workout you legs only like a normal recumbent bike or you can workout your arms too using the upper handlebars. All this is done while sitting down. There are 8 levels of resistance so if you’re a beginner or an experienced user of cardio equipment you’ll find a resistance to suit you.

There are a total of 7 workout programs which includes manual and many people will use this to start off with where you choose the settings like resistance yourself. The other programs are rolling hills, valley, fat burn, ramp, random and target rate control. All the programs are self explanatory and give you some variety and a challenge compared to just the manual program. The most promising workout program is the target heart rate control program. This uses the wireless heart rate strap that comes with the bike. With these you simply lift the front of the bike and you can easily transport the unit to where you want it. The pedals are like those you see on an elliptical so they are large and easy to ride with. The magnetic braking makes the changes between resistance smooth and silent.
