There are a massive 24 levels of resistance. This gives you a great variety in the intensity of your workouts. The lower levels are good for beginners or those wanting a slow calorie burn. The upper levels are good for expert riders or those who want a challenge. The resistance is applied magnetically which is how most commercial ellipticals operate and makes any change feel smooth and true.

There are also a massive 21 exercise programs. These are divided into manual, 12 preset, 4 heart rate, watt control, personal, random and pulse recovery. Many of these programs can be further altered in intensity so you have plenty of variations to your workouts. The 12 preset programs are designed with different routines and are customizable to any fitness level.

The 4 heart rate programs use the included wireless heart rate monitor. Your optimal heart rate for exercising is calculated.
