Reebok are a famous brand for their sportswear especially their sneakers but they also make very advanced fitness equipment. This 1000 ZX elliptical is one of them. It’s packed full of features to help you get everything from your workout in a fun and enjoyable way. It is a home trainer that can really replace the visit to the local gym with it’s many features.

The 15 levels of resistance give a great range and are delivered to the flywheel magnetically. This gives a smooth ride and the levels change in a smooth way. The levels can be changed at the touch of a button. You’re able to jump to any level so you don’t have to scroll through them all to get to the one you want. The levels can be controlled manually or as part of a workout program.

There are a total of 24 workout programs and 20 of them are workouts designed by certified personal trainers. These are divided into aerobic, weight losss and performance and they change the settings as you go to give you maximum results depending on the type of workout you’ve chosen. As you progress there are harder programs to further your results.

Two of the programs are heart rate workouts which use the built in heart rate sensors on the handlebars. During the workout the levels change to keep your heart beating at the optimum rate.
