The specialty of the XT 70 is it’s incline, it can go up to 20%. This means you get the best incline workouts from a treadmill perfectly designed for them. This can change the incline as you take every step and is the only treadmill on the market that can do this, it means your muscles stay tense and get a great workout. The speed goes up to 8 mph and when you consider jogging is 6 mph you can get a good run here.

There are 16 preset workouts designed by personal trainers to help you lose weight, increase stamina and improve your overall health. Further workouts can be downloaded using the iFit live system. This connects your treadmill to the internet where you can share your workouts with other people, download further workouts and share and update your personal profile.
