ProForm have been making fitness equipment for many years. They first started becoming well known after they made their innovative SpaceSaver treadmills. These grew extremely popular and they’ve been making all kinds of fitness equipment ever since. This ProForm 600 ZNE elliptical also contains the SpaceSaver design so you can fold the elliptical into a smaller space when it’s not in use.

As you get on the elliptical the settings are easily controlled using the console in front of you. Here you can see up to date information about your workout including speed, distance, heart rate, calories burned and more. There are 14 digital resistance levels which power the silent magnetic resistance. This is easily changeable at the touch of a button. The lower levels are good for beginners while the higher levels will provide a challenging ride.

There are 18 workout programs to choose from. These are divided into 10 weight loss workouts and 8 timed workouts. The weight loss workouts are designed to help you burn the maximum amount of calories in a set routine. The timed workouts do just that you choose the time you want to workout and the elliptical will give you one of 8 workouts depending which number you’ve chosen.

This elliptical has a way of working out different parts of the legs more than others as it has a 3 position incline ramp. Choose 10 degrees to workout the glutes which are your buttocks. Set it to 20 degrees to workout the quads which are the front and back of the upper leg. The last position is 30 degrees which will workout the calves or lower leg. We’re sure the buttocks will be a popular area to workout and with this elliptical you can target them precisely.

There are also some things this elliptical has which we would call luxurious. This includes a workout fan which blows a cool breeze on you from the console as you ride.
