The resistance is delivered magnetically to the flywheel so the ride is frictionless and smooth. It comes in 10 levels and any level can be reached with one button, you don’t have to scroll through each level to get to the one you want. The lower levels are good for beginners while the upper levels give a challenging ride. You’re sure to find one that suits which you can raise as your fitness progresses.

The elliptical comes with iFit® Workout Card Technology. These are cards you can purchase which contain 8 weeks of workouts designed to help take you from novice to a high level of fitness. The weight loss ones are 8 weeks of fat burning workouts. These use the in built speakers by having a personal trainer talk you through each workout and give you encouragement.

The elliptical has 2 heart rate programs. These use the heart rate sensors in the handlebars and adjust the settings to keep your rate at the optimum level.
