The included iFit® workout cards give you 8 weeks of personal trainer workouts. These adjust the speed and resistance for you while a certified personal trainer talks you through and encourages you through the in built speakers. This is great for those who want a personal guide to achieve a fitness or weight loss.

There are 2 interactive video games. One is called Fat Blocker™ and the other is Calorie Destroyer™. You play these games using the controls on the console and your performance on the bike has an effect on the game. The harder you ride the easier the game becomes. It’s a great way to give you further encouragement to ride that little bit longer than you were going to.

You can also hear your favorite music using the ipod port. You can find out your heart rate using the heart rate sensors on the handlebars. This will help you tell how hard you’re working out.
