Powertec Workbench Rack System review

What a gym and what a range of exercises and muscle groups you can workout with using this gym. You can see by looking it at with the various bars, levers and pulleys that there are many exercises available. When you find out the bench can be easily moved with the wheels then clip it back into place it just gets even better.

The legs are catered for with squats using the power rack then the curls and extensions being performed at the end of the bench. The back gets a lat pull down and the bench can be removed and the cable pulling low from the base for the perfect low rows. The shoulders get an upright row from the low pulley plus the press above the bench.

The chest can be pressed from a variety of angles with the adjustable bench to target different parts of the chest. The triceps and back get further attention with the chin up bar. Just about every muscle can be targeted in a range of ways. The construction is sound with the manufacturer confident with a solid warranty (see below).
