NordicTrack ViewPoint 3600 Treadmill Review

The NordicTrack ViewPoint series of treadmills are high end, they feature the latest technology and have been re-designed for this year. The 3600 is the better model with more features built in. This model is the fold away version that will help you store the treadmill in the minimum space.

The speed goes up to 12 mph and the incline 12%, this is more than enough for a fast run and a steep uphill climb. These are adjustable using the one touch feature on the console so you can easily change the settings as you go. If you want a challenge or some variation there are many workout options built in.

There are 14 personal trainer workouts that are divided into weight loss, aerobic and performance and are designed to give you better results depending on the type you choose. There are 4 heart rate workouts that change the settings to keep your heart beating at the optimum rate. This can be a very effective way of exercising.

There are 4 workouts where you can program your own routine over time that you can save and call upon at any time. Finally there are ifit® workout cards which give you 8 weeks of workouts in which a certified personal trainer talks you through the workout and tells you what to expect. You hear this through the in built premium speakers.

The same speakers can be used with the ipod music port. This means you can plug in an ipod and hear your favorite running music as you go. Or there is the 7″ flat panel TV with digital tuner which use the same speakers and allow you to watch your favorite shows while you workout.

While you’re working out have the quiet cooling fan keeping the body temperature comfortable. A nice feature is that you can store the total amount of miles run for up to 2 people over time. As you can see the NordicTrack ViewPoint 3600 is a great all round treadmill and the better of the viewpoint models. You can’t fail to enjoy a workout with this one.
