The NordicTrack ViewPoint series of treadmills have had a special design for this year and feature in built TV’s. These are cable ready and let you enjoy your favorite shows while working out. You also see all your workout information you need on the multi color display as you go.

The clear console allows you to step on and go with one touch controls making speed and incline adjustments easy to make. For those who want a routine for weight loss or other fitness aims there are numerous workout options built in.

There are 14 personal trainer workouts divided into weight loss, aerobic and performance categories. These adjust the settings as you go to maximize weight loss, aerobic or performance depending on your choice. You can also personalize a workout routine. You can create up to 4 workouts where you set the time, speed and incline during the run.

There are 4 heart rate programs that use the heart rate sensors on the handlebars and adjusts the settings to keep your heart rate beating at the optimum rate as you workout. Finally there are 8 weeks of ifit® workout cards which feature a personal trainer talking you through the workout as you go.

Other features include a MyMiles™ profile memory that stores the amount of miles you’ve run over time (for up to 2 people). There’s a carb counter that counts the carbs you burn as you workout.
