NordicTrack SpaceSaver Plus Elliptical Trainer Review

NordicTrack have been making fitness equipment for years and they use their technology in all their equipment which they keep updated. Much of this is used on the SpaceSaver Plus. It features the innovative SpaceSaver design to take up the minimum amount of room in the home and still has all the options you expect in a good elliptical trainer.

The 16 levels of resistance are at the ideal range. At the lower levels you have a gentle ride suitable for beginners. This rises gradually in a predictable way to the upper levels which will give an experienced user with a tough uphill climb. Any change in levels feels smooth and can be done at the touch of a button.

Many people will appreciate the in built workouts. There are 20 of them for all different fitness levels. They are divided further into weight loss, aerobic and performance. These allow you to tailor your workout to give you a specific fitness goal. Depending on your choice the settings are changed to maximize weight loss, aerobic or performance.

The stride lengths can be adjusted between 12″, 15″ and 18″. Different stride lengths will target different parts of the legs and buttocks. To achieve the best body shape you’ve ever had rotate the stride lengths between workouts. A nice on board workout fan will keep you cool during your workouts keeping the body temperature down.

The clear display gives you all the information you need during and after your workout including your heart rate using the heart rate sensors built in to the handlebars. The NordicTrack SpaceSaver Plus elliptical trainer gives a great workout for the entire body in a sturdy compact design.
