NordicTrack Reflex TR Treadmill Review

The NordicTrack Reflex TR is part of the Reflex series of treadmills. These use special technology in the running deck to make them very soft to run on but still durable. So durable they have a lifetime warranty. The technology makes them have 38% less impact on the joints compared to running outside.

The deck is also long and wide so runners can feel confident exercising what ever their fitness level, height or weight. The deck is powered by a strong yet quiet motor. The motor is 3.5 HP which is at the upper end for treadmills and has it’s own cooling system to extend it’s life. It also has a lifetime warranty.

The speed and incline are fast and high enough for users of any fitness level to enjoy a range of workouts. The workout programs are many and varied. There are 20 personal trainer workouts which are divided into weight loss, aerobic and performance. These change the settings as you go for maximum results depending on your choice.

There are 2 heart rate workouts that change the intensity to keep your heart beating at the optimum rate. Should you want to create your own routine there are 4 create and save workouts which allow you to do this. The treadmill also features ifit® workout cards. These speakers allow you to hear the 7″ flat screen TV. This is cable ready and allows you to workout to your favorite TV shows and see your workout progress at the same time. The console has a weight input feature where it will tell you the amount of calories burned based on your actual weight. This is perfect for those measuring their calories.
