NordicTrack A2350 Treadmill Review

The NordicTrack A2350 is part of the A series of NordicTrack treadmills. These are designed with commercial motors and can take a 300 lbs user. They’re built to last and can take regular use. The running decks are long and wide and feature special adjustable cushioning to ensure there’s the least impact to the joints and lower back.

The speed goes up to 12 mph and the incline 10%. This is enough to get a very fast run and an uphill climb if that’s what you want. These can be controlled easily with one touch buttons on the console. For those who want a variation or have particular fitness aims there are workout programs available.

There are 10 workout programs and they can be fully personalized to your own fitness level. These programs are 5 weight loss workouts and 5 classic workouts. Both are designed by personal trainers and have a personal trainer talking you through which is heard on the in built speakers.

There is an mp3 dock with a shelf for an mp3 player so you can hear your favorite running music as you go. For those who like to know their heart rate as they workout there are heart rate sensors ion the handlebars. There’s also a training zone indicator that uses your personal information to show you how much intensity you are putting into your runs.

A really great feature is the fitness age center. This can be used to measure your fitness level over time. What it does is it gives you a fitness age based on your heart rate and how quickly it returns to normal after a workout.
