The treadmill has a top speed of 12 mph which equates to 19.3 kph. This is more than enough speed for nearly every runner out there. When you consider jogging is 6 mph then 12 mph is very fast, it’s a 5 minute mile and there aren’t many people who can achieve that. Any faster than that will be a bit dangerous on a treadmill. The incline goes to 15% so any power walkers will be happy with this and it will provide great legs and buttocks toning. Likewise experienced runners who like a hilly course to run should be pleased too.

The console is large and easy to use. You have simple button pushes to increase the speed and the incline. You can choose a workout program from a choice of 6. This includes the manual program which is probably what most runners will use. There is a quick start button for a no nonsense run for those who want to get on and go. Commercial grade components have been used everywhere including the 2 ply belt. The deck is hard wax reversible and there is no silicone or waxing required for the first 25,000 miles.
