The LiveStrong LS12.9T treadmill is one model lower than the most expensive and compares very well. The speed range is the same as most treadmills which is 0 to 12 mph. Jogging is around 7 mph so this treadmill can take a very fast run. The incline goes to 14% which again is about the same as most treadmills. These are powered by the strong quiet motor and controlled with a simple push of a button on the console.

A choice of 14 workout programs ensure you can always have a different run or routine. Many are designed to help achieve particular fitness aims like the weight loss program. Experienced runners may appreciate the speed interval or the 10k programs. The intensity of most can be changed from a level between 1 and 10 so you can tailor the program to your personal fitness level or experience.
