Bowflex have used their SpiraFlex technology in this gym which allows the resistance to be provided in a smooth way and predictable way with no loss. So the 200 lbs resistance level really is 200 lbs and it feels like it too. Even at high levels of resistance the safety is there as there are no heavy weights to move around between exercises or drop while exercising.

The massive number of exercises is possible because the arms of the gym rotate to 10 different fixed positions.
